Ultimate Double Flank Gear Rolling Tester, NiTM / DF-10 will contribute

Measurements of deviation value and judgement of the accuracy grades for
    Total radial composite deviation(Fi")
    Tooth-to-tooth radial composite deviation(fi")

Measurements of Runout by composite test(Fr") and Test radius.
  Measurement of Center distance is made by digital scale.
  Test radius is also measured through data processing system with an input of
  the center distance.

Bevel and Worm gears Data processing system

DF-10 is the most suited for critical inspection of delicate plastic and sintered gears with fine pitch.
 
A wide variety of gear configurations can be tested so easily that testing time will be saved drastically.
 
Horizontally 180°swiveling function of master gear head enables tests of Crossed, Bevel, and Worm gears.
 
Optional attachments for various supports of gears to be inspected are prepared.
 
OriginLab - Origin 6.1 Data Analysis and Technical Graphics shows
oscillogram and statistics of inspection results as histogram.

DF-10 Tester Specification
DF-10 / ST Type is for measurements for Spur gear, and Helical gear.
( Internal gear and Rack also can be measured.)
DF-10 / MT Type is for measurements for Spur gear, Helical gear, Bevel gear, Worm gear,
( Internal gear and Rack also can be measured.)
ST Type head and MT Type head are exchangeable on the same base machine, necessary Type head can be selected for your measurements.
Supporting methods : Standard center support attachment is used for Spur and Helical gears. For support of Bevel and Worm gears on the tester, each special attachment is used as shown above.

Together with the attachment, another tooling accessory is used for support of gear with shaft or hole ( Round hole or D - shaped hole, etc) of gear to be inspected.
